The Project Replacement of 15 single fire doors and 4 No. double doors within a Leicestershire care home to ensure all the doors conform to a FD30s standard. The certified doors and frames installed were all certificated under our B M Trada Q mark door installation scheme.
Practical Consulting Approach
- Supplied and installed bespoke single FD30s fire doors with all appropriate ironmongery
- Supplied and installed bespoke double FD30s double doors with all appropriate ironmongery
- Supplied and installed FD30s doors with fire rated glazing (pyro guard glass)
- Ensured all frames were fire stopped (certified)
- Ensured all the FD30 fire doors and frames were certificated, and door labels and fire installation labels were left on the doors and visible
- Undertook plaster repairs around the frames (where required)
- All keys to bedrooms were suited to a single master key and supplied to the scheme manager
